Refund Policy

Returns

The duration of our policy is thirty days. After thirty days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.

Your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it in order to qualify for a return. Additionally, the item must remain in its original packaging. We are unable to reimburse you for the cost of return shipping.

Please submit your return request to Ryan@drinkcloudmilk.com via email. We will gladly assist in rectifying the situation and will gladly discuss refund or exchange options.

Refunds (if applicable)

We shall proceed with issuing you an email to acknowledge receipt of the returned item subsequent to its inspection and receipt. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or denied.
Your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days, pending approval.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

1. Prior to attempting to retrieve your refund, re-examine your bank account.
2. After that, please contact your credit card issuer; the refund may not be reflected for some time.
3. Contact your creditor next. Frequently, a refund is subject to a processing time prior to being posted.
4. Please email us at Ryan@drinkcloudmilk.com if you have not yet received your refund despite having completed the aforementioned steps.

Sale items

Regrettably, only items priced at regular price are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Items are replaced exclusively in the event of defect or damage. If you require an exchange for the exact same item, please contact us via email at Ryan@drinkcloudmilk.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Gifts

In the event that the item was purchased and dispatched directly to you with a gift-marked designation, you shall be awarded a gift credit equivalent to the value of your returned item. Upon receipt of the returned item, you will be mailed a gift certificate.

In the event that the item was acquired without a gift label at the time of purchase, or if the gift donor intended to deliver the order to themselves for later use, we shall reimburse the gift giver and inform him of your return.

Shipping

When returning an item, you shall be held accountable for the personal expense of shipping. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The expense associated with return shipping will be subtracted from the refund amount.

The amount of time it could take for your exchanged product to arrive at your location may differ.
